MiniRoos - Mixed - Age 4 to 6 years

Kickstart is designed for children of all abilities. The nation-wide initiative offered here at Surf Coast FC uses short, game-based sessions to introduce the sport of football to newcomers in an inclusive way. It focuses on learning new skills, being active, making life-long friends and, potentially, unearthing the next generation of winning Socceroos or Matildas.

Hub - Mixed - U7 to U11

SCFC provide coaching sessions and set up matches in a relaxed environment where the aim is to teach new skills in an enjoyable way. The smaller fields, modified rules and fewer players mean a more enjoyable game with more opportunities to touch the ball and more opportunities to score goals, once again increasing the likelihood of an overall positive experience.

As your child progresses through the various age groups they will be introduced to playing environments that most suit their stage of development and prepare them for the transition to 11v11 football when the time comes.

Traditionally, Hub teams train on a Friday afternoon.

Junior Girls - U12, U13, U14/15 & U16/17

Juniors is the next step up from Hub for girls from Under 12 through to U17. All games are competitive with scores recorded and finals at the end of the season.
