Expression of Interest – Coaches
Surf Coast FC | 2026 Season

Surf Coast Football Club is seeking Expressions of Interest from coaches for our 2026 teams.

U7 to U17 Boys and Girls

Coaches appointed (or shortlisted) will be involved in, and supported through, the trial and team selection process, helping to ensure players are placed in environments that best support their development and enjoyment of the game.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome EOIs from coaches who:

- Are passionate about junior player development
- Can foster a positive, inclusive, and fun team culture
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club officials
- Align with Surf Coast FC’s values and player pathway
- Hold, or are willing to obtain, relevant coaching accreditation and a valid WWCC

Previous coaching experience is valued but not essential — enthusiasm, commitment, and the right attitude are key.
Every season 15-20 new Coaches join and are well supported by the Club and Coerver Coaching team. Many with limited or no experience.
